What the site is for

The site describes the Malva service and helps you judge whether it suits you. The calculators and materials are informational.

Calculations are not a promise of profit

Every calculator works with the figures you enter yourself and with assumptions stated openly on the page. They show a scenario, not a guaranteed result. The actual outcome depends on your venue, your guests, your prices, the season and how the mechanic is implemented.

The values shown for individual pieces of work are calculated at an internal hourly rate and are there to convey the scope of the work. They are not previously charged prices and do not constitute a discount within the meaning of trade legislation.

Prices and the offer

Prices on the site are stated in euros and are informational. The terms of the free period and the price afterwards are set out on the current pricing page and/or in the contract signed before the launch. Where the site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

We may change prices and the contents of the offer. Any change leaves contracts already concluded unaffected.

Enquiries and booking

Submitting a form is a request for us to get in touch. It commits you to nothing and does not create a contract. Please enter accurate details — we cannot reply to an incorrect contact.

The times shown in the calendar are indicative; we confirm the exact slot by message.

Copyright

The texts, the Malva mark, the design and the calculators are ours. You are welcome to read the materials, share the link and use the calculations for your own business. Copying the content to publish elsewhere, or to build a similar service, is not permitted without our agreement.

Other product names — Octopos, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google — belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running without interruption, but we do not guarantee continuous availability: maintenance and technical faults happen. We are not liable for business decisions taken solely on the basis of the calculations shown here, nor for the content of sites reached through external links.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The client dashboard

The dashboard at malva.rs/app/ is intended for clients of the service and is used in accordance with the contract. Credentials are personal; the user is responsible for actions taken under their account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We first seek to resolve any dispute by agreement; failing that, the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site applies; the date of the last change is shown at the top.
